However, refunds are typically not feasible due to the nature of our services. We do recognize certain circumstances where refunds may be applicable, as outlined below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">OVERPAYMENT<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you&#8217;ve inadvertently paid more than the specified amount on your invoice for our services, you may be eligible for a refund of the excess amount.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">TECHNICAL FAILURE<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If a technical malfunction results in duplicate payments for the same service, a refund for the duplicate payment may be issued.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">REFUND REQUEST PROCESS<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To request a refund under the circumstances above, clients must follow these steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"custom-list wp-block-list\">\n<li>Contact Picsium at <a href=\"mailto:info@picsium.io\">info@picsium.io<\/a> to initiate the refund process.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide documentary evidence of the payment mistake, such as invoices or statements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We await the review and processing of the refund request by the Picsium team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">REFUND PROCESSING<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Refunds will be processed within 10 business days upon receipt of the refund request and supporting documentation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Refunds for technical failures will be issued using the same payment method as the original transaction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">CONDITIONS AND LIMITATIONS<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Refunds will only be considered in the specified circumstances outlined above.
